Abstract
The present research work consists of two small chapters in which it is intended to give a very general look at the United Nations Organization, from its antecedents to its [emergence to the new conceptions and problems that the World Organization must face. before the new world system. It is important to point out to the reader that far from trying to cover everything related to the UN in this monograph, what we seek as a general objective is to give an institutional notion of the Organization and raise concerns about the new problems facing the world order and the challenges of the UN, to face the crisis and changes in world affairs; so that in this way, the objectives that gave birth to the organization fifty years ago, which are to prevent the world from wars, promote peace and security, will endure forever; promote economic and social progress; and define and protect the rights and freedom of every human being without distinction of race, language or religion.
