Abstract

Many have been the interpretations that traffickers have made around what Administrative Analysis means; some of them define it as studying the problems that occur in an Organization or Company, both at the microanalytic and macroanalytical level. In reality, there is no bad or good definition of what Administrative Analysis can mean. In this small contribution, we aim to clarify to the reader what it is, from a new perspective: Administrative Analysis.
We can define Administrative Analysis as a thorough examination of the organizational, dynamic, functional, structural and behavioral plans in a company or organization, to detect anomalous situations and propose the necessary solutions.
