The destination Comparative analysis of the work The Seven Against Thebes of Aeschylus and "The Seven Samurai" by Akiro Kurosawa from intertextuality

Abstract
Throughout history, Greek literature has left deep traces in Western literature; nonetheless, it is not coincidence that other cultures are also influenced by their experiences. Intertextuality indicates that the artistic expressions of literature, cinematography, music, plastic arts, and any human creation will be immersed in a dialogue or associations. As such, in the following two greek works are analyzed, Los siete contra Tebas by Esquilo and one of the most acclaimed movies in Japanese culture, “Los siete samurai” by Akiro Kurowasa, which is based on esquiliano text. The analysis will be based on an inter-textual aspect and to focus on the theme of destiny, which is present in both works.
