Abstract
There is no doubt that the phenomenon of globalization has disrupted traditional business behavior, spreading to the legal field through the redefinition of law. The natural effect of this situation is that the lawyer's work becomes increasingly complex, with business advice as the main support. This requires synchrony between the training of the lawyer and the economic trends that affect corporations; Among them the business concentration stands out with its own light and, within it, the group of companies.
