Abstract

The legal business, generally, is the own and exclusive work of the person on whose legal sphere it must deploy its influence; Both the will and the manifestation of it are his own and of no other. It happens, however, that there may be cooperation, material or in fact, in the business of others (eg, the case of nuncius, as a means of transmission of the manifestation of others), where the activity of someone who is not part is merely of done or developed by filling out the business form or consists of an act that is added to the manifestation of the will of the interested party, but never takes its place.
