Abstract

Refractory Ventricular Arrhythmias and Electrical Storm are life-threatening syndromes with elevated mortality if they are not treated with the understanding of the arrhythmia mechanism and the baseline disease (i.e. ischemic, valvular, chagasic and other non-ischemic cardiomyopathies).

Cervicothoracic bilateral sympathectomy is a surgical procedure that can be done in patients as a first line therapy or as a compliment to radiofrequency catheter ablation. Here we show our experience in a 9 case report scenario.
