Abstract
Undoubtedly the subject of intellectual property (from now on Pl), currently constitutes one of the most important in the development agenda of any nation. In turn, this area is presented as one of the most conflictive, fundamentally because what it is about is to control the transformations in the composition and direction of the new world economic flows (on the point see, BIFANI, Paolo The Central American countries and the new issues of the Uruguay Round, UNCTAD, 1989, p. 1 and following).
