The merchant checking account and bank checking account

Abstract
The expression "current account" is misleading because it means both an accounting situation and a contractual legal relationship.1 Manifestation of such confusion is presented in the Commercial Code, Book II, Title I, Chapters X and XI, where they regulate "Del Current Account contract "and" Bank Current Account ", which has allowed some to consider, nothing is further from reality, that the first is gender and the second is a kind of that.
