Abstract

The evolution of the national economy is heading at a rapid and safe pace towards breaking down barriers to protection, opening up to highly competitive international markets and diversifying exportable products and services.

These conditions put in check the traditional managerial style, which has hardly been able to supply the interne- consumer market mediocrity, and forces to rethink the productive scheme under the shadow of the same management philosophy that currently revolutionizes the world of the most developed nations, and which is the most effective way to achieve results without dependence on privileges begging the state.
